Construction Company Website Template for Carrd — Professional & Fast — Carrd template preview

One page, thirteen blocks, built for a construction company that wins work through photos of finished jobs. The demo is the exact structure you get — nothing is added or hidden after purchase.

Who this template is for

Builders, general contractors and renovation companies whose next customer is a referral who just searched your name. That person needs four things in under ten seconds: proof you are licensed and insured, the area you cover, photos of work like theirs, and a way to ask for an estimate. The page is arranged in that order.

It is not built for a company that needs project pages, a blog, or a client portal. That is a multi-page site, and Carrd is the wrong tool for it. For one fast page that turns a referral into an estimate request, it is the right one.

What’s included

Eight working sections, in the order a homeowner reads them.

Company name, five links, and your phone number top right — a tap-to-call link on mobile. Put your licence number here too if your state is strict about advertising.

Hero

Full-bleed photo with an offset white card: headline, one line underneath, and a button. Name the job and the town in the headline. “Roof replacement and storm repair in Tulsa” beats “Quality you can trust” every time.

Six service cards

Two rows of three. Title plus one line each. Write what the homeowner calls the job — repairs, extensions, kitchens — not what appears on your invoice.

About, with your credentials

Photo, headline, two short paragraphs and a button. This is where the licence number, insurance line, years in business and workmanship warranty go. It is the block that decides whether you get the call.

Five photos in a mixed grid. Before/after pairs from your own phone outperform any stock image. Caption each one with job type and town.

Where to find us

A heading and an embedded Google Map. List the towns you actually drive to in the heading — search engines read text, not maps.

Contact form

Name, email, subject and message, sent to your inbox. Relabel “subject” as “Property address” and you have an estimate form that filters out tyre-kickers.

Email, phone, address, and the licence number again.

How to customise it

  1. Buy it and copy it to your Carrd account. After purchase, click “Use this template” and it appears in your Carrd dashboard. Needs Carrd Pro Standard ($19/year).
  2. Replace the placeholder content. Every heading, line, photo and link is editable in Carrd’s visual editor. The accent colour is one setting — change #FFC31D and the whole page follows.
  3. Connect your domain and publish. Point your domain at Carrd, press publish, and the site is live. Most construction companies finish in one afternoon. The Carrd guide covers domains, forms and SEO step by step.

What you get

  • A mobile-first layout that loads in under a second

  • No cost after Carrd Pro — no plugins, no hosting bill, no developer

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Carrd Pro account?

Yes. Carrd Pro Standard ($19/year) or higher is required to use a custom template and connect your own domain. It is one of the lowest hosting costs of any website platform.

Where does my licence number go?

In the hero sub-line or next to the phone number in the navigation — and again in the footer. California, Florida and Arizona all require it in advertising, and Arizona’s rule specifically says it must not be only in the footer. The contractor templates hub has the detail.

Can I change the six services?

Yes. They are text cards — rename them, rewrite the lines, or delete a row if you offer three things, not six. Nothing breaks.

Does the contact form work for estimate requests?

Yes. Carrd Pro forms send to your inbox or to 18+ email and CRM platforms. Relabel the subject field as “Property address” and the message field as “What do you need done?” and it becomes an estimate form.
