Coaching Website Template

A coaching website template for Carrd is a ready-made one-page site with the sections a coach needs: who you help, what changes for them, how you work, proof, price signals and a way to book a call. Below is Calgary, filled in for a sample business coach, so you can see the finished page before you buy it.

What a coaching website needs on one page

A coaching page has one job: get the right person to book a first call, and put the wrong person off before they do. Six blocks do that, in this order.

BlockWhat it doesIn the sample
A promise with a whoNames the client and the change in one line"You built the business. Let's make it run without you."
Proof before the askOne review under the hero, before any button asks for anything"Six months in, I took my first two-week vacation in nine years."
Ways to work togetherTwo or three formats, each written as what the client gets1:1 coaching · 90-day sprint · leadership intensive
The objection, namedThe sentence prospects say to themselves, answered"I don't have time for coaching." That's the point.
A process with an exitHow it starts, and that they can stopIntro call → time audit → sessions every two weeks
FAQ with the priceStarting price, who it's not for, what happens if it isn't working"1:1 coaching starts at $750 a month."

Calgary has a slot for each of these, plus three testimonials and an about section. Nothing to add, and you can delete any block you don't need.

Life coach, executive coach, business coach: what changes

The layout stays; the words in three places change.

  • Life coach: the promise is personal, not commercial ("Stop waiting for the right moment"). The objection is usually cost or "therapy vs coaching". Put both in the FAQ.
  • Executive or leadership coach: the buyer is often the company, not the person. Name both in the hero ("for new VPs and the CEOs who promote them") and add a line on confidentiality to the FAQ.
  • Career coach: the result has a date on it (a new role, a raise). Use the process block to show the weeks, and put one placement story in the proof slot.
  • Health or fitness coach: a booking button may not be enough. Use the services boxes for programmes and link each to its own checkout.

What you need besides the template

  • Carrd Pro Standard, $19/year: for your own domain and the booking/contact form. (Carrd plans explained)
  • A booking link: Calendly, Cal.com or TidyCal. Every Calgary button takes a URL.
  • Your words for six blocks. The template's placeholder text tells you what goes in each.
  • Included with the template: 1 month of email support for content setup, connecting your domain and wiring your email service.

Is one page enough for a coach?

Yes, if you sell one coaching practice and want calls booked. A single page with one call to action is easier to read and easier to keep current than five pages that repeat each other.

No, if you sell courses, run a membership or publish weekly. Those need a platform built for them; see Carrd alternatives for what to use instead.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Calgary if I'm not a business coach? Yes. The sample is a business coach; the sections fit any coaching practice that books calls. The tabs on the Calgary page show the same template as a bookkeeper, a fractional CMO and a newsletter writer.

Do I need Carrd Pro? Yes, Pro Standard ($19/year) to use your own domain and forms.

Can I take payments? Carrd connects to Stripe, PayPal and Gumroad. For packages, link a services box to a payment link.

Do the photos come with it? The demo uses placeholder photos. Use your own; a real photo of you does more for a coaching page than any stock image.
